Dr Shivaraj Afzalpurkar is a Gastroenterologist, Hepatologist and interventional endoscopist, with more than 10 years of experience is currently practising in Davanagere, Karnataka, India. He holds his MBBS degree from prestigious Karnataka institute of medical sciences, Hubli and masters in General medicine from Krishna institute of medical sciences, Maharashtra. He pursued his super-specialisation in Gastroenterology from Institute of Gastro sciences and Liver, Kolkata mentored by Dr Mahesh Goenka (the past president of Indian society of Gastroenterology) following which he did his fellowship in Advanced EUS.
